Terms of service

These terms cover your use of BulletApply: the website at bulletapply.com, the BulletApply Chrome extension and the service behind them. By creating an account or using BulletApply you agree to them and to our privacy policy.

Your account

You need an account to use BulletApply, and you must be at least 16. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account.

Credits and payments

• New accounts get free credits. After that you buy credit packs; prices are shown on the site before you pay.
• One credit is one tailored resume, or the resume coach for one job.
• Credits never expire. They have no cash value, and they cannot be transferred or exchanged.
• If a tailor fails, its credit goes back to your account automatically.
• Purchases are final, except where the law says otherwise. If something went wrong with a purchase, email support@bulletapply.com and we will make it right.
• We may change prices or packs in the future. That never changes credits you have already bought.

Your content

Your resume and everything you put into BulletApply stays yours. You give us permission to store, process and use it to run and improve the service, as described in the privacy policy.

You are responsible for what is on your resume. Only include information that is true. BulletApply uses automated scoring and AI models, which can make mistakes: review every resume, and anything the coach drafts, before you send it to an employer.

No guarantees about jobs

BulletApply aims to improve your chances of getting an interview, but we cannot promise interviews, offers or any other result from an application.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse BulletApply. In particular, don't:

• get around credit limits, rate limits or other restrictions, or use someone else's account;
• scrape, overload, attack or reverse engineer the service;
• use it to create false or misleading resumes, or for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using BulletApply at any time and ask us to delete your account at privacy@bulletapply.com. Unused credits are not refunded when an account is deleted or closed for breaking these terms. If we ever shut BulletApply down, we will give notice on the site first.

Disclaimers and liability

BulletApply is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and for significant changes let you know by email or on the site. Using BulletApply after a change means you accept the new terms.
